**USE AND CARE**
Wash Ironwood Gourmet products in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not soak. Place to dry so that all surfaces can air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher.

After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing with Eisenwood Butcher Block Oil. Apply the oil generously before use and let it soak thoroughly. Regular use of our butcher block oil prevents cracking and preserves the rich natural colors of the wood.
